Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) of Florida pass new cellphone policy such that cell phones (earbuds and watches as well) cannot be used during instruction time, unless explicitly requested by a teacher for educational purpose. Orange County Public Schools won’t be allowing students to use their phones starting this year between the opening bell and dismissal. Teachers can choose to allow phones for educational purposes.
