This is an editorial post to point out to Elon Musk that the perfect location to locate Twitter is at the Greater Orlando area:
In discussing, with my friends who are all fans of Elon Musk, where he might locate the Twitter physical campus site, my vote emphatically goes to the Greater Orlando area! Allow me to share various reasons why I believe Greater Orlando to be the perfect site for Twitter, below:
- State of Florida’s zero state income tax status benefits all of those who work or run businesses in Florida.
- Mayor of Orlando and Orange County Commissioner have both always been motivated to attract tech businesses to the Central Florida region.
- Beautiful climate, many biking/hiking trails, and plentiful supply of water of Central Florida are appealing to all of those who care about health and longevity.
- Being centrally located, Central Florida or Greater Orlando area is less likely to be affected by hurricanes or much of the negatives associated with climate change.
- Great roadways, mass transportation, and international airports attract tech talents globally.
- While having a cosmopolitan and very inclusive culture, Greater Orlando area is a wonderful place to raise children for the city and its residents tend to be family friendly.
- Greater Orlando area already has many venues for conferences or meetups.
- Continued expansion of real estate developments provide wide range of choices of housing for future employees.
- Conveniently close to SpaceX which would cut down commute time for Elon Musk between Twitter & SpaceX campus sites.
- Elon Musk’s children, his employees, and employees’ children would love it !!!
- .Greater Orlando is the perfect place for Twitter or any tech company to locate for there are so many tech companies already there/here.
