On January 24, 2022 Senator Ron Johnson invited a group of world renowned doctors and medical experts to the U.S. Senate to provide a different perspective on the global pandemic response, the current state of knowledge of early and hospital treatment, vaccine efficacy and safety, what went right, what went wrong, what should be done now, and what needs to be addressed long term. During the presentation, an important point to note, by Dr. Richard Urse: all of the people who have had COVID were excluded from the trials for safety of vaccine use. Therefore, it would not be prudent to vaccinate 16 millions of children between age 5 and 11 who have already had COIVD when there had not been clinical trials to indicate that it would be safe for people with natural immunity to get the vaccine. Dr. Urse stated, “We are not here about civil liberties and mandates. We’re here to save lives and this group of people should be excluded. Absolutely, there ‘s an achilles heel to the program of natural immunity. Natural immunity denial should not be happening. It should be a major focus of what we’re trying to do here because you’re going to harm I don’t know how many children by force vaccinating 16 million children. It’s absurd!“
