A planned strike by Kaiser Permanente pharmacists was averted early Monday morning, Nov 15, 2021, according to the pharmacists union. The temporary deal has prevented massive strike by Kaiser workers in Southern California and several other states. Kaiser Permanente has reached a tentative agreement with its pharmacists’ union to avoid a strike planned to take effect on Monday. The Guild for Professional Pharmacists called off the strike after reaching a deal for a new three-year contract with Kaiser around 1 a.m. on Monday.
