Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida vows to file lawsuit as soon as the President issues a federal mandate requiring the vaccine or weekly testing for businesses with more than 100 employees. He also said he would support legislation that would allow workers to sue their employers if they are being punished for not getting vaccinated.
In the meantime, the number of COVID-19 cases is on the decline.
