Regardless one had been vaccinated or not, it is a very good idea to mask oneself and practice social distancing in public during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Given that many vaccinated people had been infected with COVID-19 Delta variant, it does appear as though the best defense against COVID-19 (all variants, esp. Delta variant) is to acquire natural immunity safely and also being vaccinated and wear mask and practice social distancing in public.
