The oath keepers appeared in court on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, and four more have recently been charged in connection to the capitol riot. In total, there are 16 defendants, the largest conspiracy case linked to the Capitol Riot. Department of Justice begins informal plea talks with oath keepers in connection to Jan. 6 insurrection in the next two months.

William Issacs now faces 6 federal charges, listed below:

- Destroying government property
