Former president Donald Trump’s second impeachment trial will continue on Feb. 11, 2021. He is accused of “incitement of insurrection” after the deadly Capitol riot. House managers have argued that the attack was “predictable” and “foreseeable” because of the former president’s provocations, including tweets and speeches that were displayed as part of their presentation. Unseen security footage presented by managers also showed the following: – Vice President Pence and his family being rushed from the Senate chamber – Rioters chanting and searching for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) – Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) running in the opposite direction of the rioters The Post’s Libby Casey will anchor live coverage of the trial and be joined by reporters Rhonda Colvin, Joyce Koh, Nicole Ellis, Hannah Jewell and James Hohmann, in the video published on Feb.11, 2021, “WATCH LIVE, Third day of Trump’s impeachment trial“, below:
It is very clear, after 3 days of presentations at the Senate trial, that if there were no Donald J. Trump, there would not have been the January 6 storming of the Capitol. Any one who will vote not to convict will go down in history as a traitor to the U.S. Constitution and the American people. What Trump had done in inciting the insurrection of January 6 not only harmed the democracy of USA but the existence of democracy throughout our planet earth.
Georgia prosecutors are also investigating Trump election interference.
Former President Trump’s second impeachment trial continues in the Senate. Trump is being charged of incitement of an insurrection prior to the Jan. 6 Capitol chaos, in the video published on Feb. 11, 2021, “Trump impeachment trial continues in Senate, Day 3“, below:

Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., spoke Feb. 11 as House impeachment managers continued to present evidence for why the Senate should convict former President Donald Trump of inciting an insurrection for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Trump was impeached by the House in January, while he was still in office. Raskin argued that Trump’s legal defense does not hold up. “There is no First Amendment defense to impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors. The idea itself is absurd,” Raskin said. “And the whole First Amendment smokescreen is a completely irrelevant distraction from the standard of high crimes and misdemeanors governing a president who has violated his oath of office.” In the video published on Feb. 11, 2021, “WATCH: Rep. Raskin calls Trump’s First Amendment impeachment defense an ‘irrelevant distraction‘”, below:

The question of: will Donald J. Trump be prosecuted criminally was raised in the videos above.
Neal Katyal tells Lawrence O’Donnell that “it might actually be a hard” decision for future Attorney General Merrick Garland not to consider criminal prosecution of Trump after hearing the overwhelming evidence from the House impeachment managers of Trump encouraging his supporters to attack the Capitol, in the video published on Feb. 11, 2021, “Neal Katyal: ‘There’s Another Audience’ To Impeachment – Merrick Garland, The Last Word, MSNBC“, below:
Nicolle Wallace breaks down the House impeachment managers’ presentations from the third day of Trump’s impeachment trial, in the video published on Feb. 11, 2021, “Not Surprised Some GOP Senators Left Chamber Early Because That Presentation Was About Lack Of Shame“, below:

Friends, neighbors, and fellow Americans, isn’t it time to contact your/our state Senators and let them know what you believe is the correct vote to cast on the final day of Trump’s impeachment trial for inciting insurrection?!
