Making the resurgent coronavirus his immediate priority, U.S. President-elect Joe Biden on Monday had announced a 12-member task force to deal with the coronavirus pandemic. Biden pledged in his victory speech to reunite the country, and govern for all Americans, not just the ones who voted for him. But his mission to build bridges starts with winning the over 70 million people who voted for Donald Trump, and he has the monumental task of tackling the coronavirus pandemic. The U.S. is leading the world with the number of COVID-19 cases, and the transmission a Biden administration will bring will indeed be faced with this huge challenge.
