Without a clear national strategy of testings, contact tracings, national mandate of mask-wearing, and sufficient supplies of PPE and health care staff, the exponential growth of COVID-19 cases will be expected in the next few months during the winter season. The good news is that there are multiple promising COVID-19 vaccines in the process of becoming available in USA. So, in the next few months, until we get to the other side of this pandemic, please be extremely careful in practicing social distancing, wearing masks in public, washing hands frequently, and getting sufficient nutritions (be sure to get sufficient vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, garlic, etc.) and rest.
