Now that more Mail-in ballots from MI (16 electoral votes or EV) & WI (10 EV) are in, these two states have been won by Joe Biden. 11% of PA (20 EV) votes have not yet been counted. 6% of NC (15 EV) votes have not yet been counted. 25% of NV (6 EV) votes have not yet been counted. 2% of GA (16 EV) votes have not yet been counted. At this point, Joe Biden has 264 EV and Donald Trump has 214 EV. In order to win the presidential election, one needs 270 EV. - For Presidency-Electoral Votes: Joe Biden has 264 electoral votes, Donald Trump has 214 electoral votes
- For Presidency-Popular Votes: Joe Biden has 72,110,951 popular votes, Donald Trump has 68,643,544 popular votes
- For Senate: 46 Democrats, 48 Republicans
- For House of Representatives: 204 Democrats, 190 Republicans
