On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, President Trump has filed an emergency request with the U.S. Supreme Court to block the lower court decisions that would give the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office access to years of Trump’s income tax returns. Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. is seeking Trump’s tax returns and records as part of ongoing investigation of the president ‘s company, the Trump Organization.
