2nd Stimulus Update: Treasury Secretary Mnuchin and Senator Nancy Pelosi have both expressed interest in continuing negotiations. Treasury Secretary Mnuchin stated they agree on most items and it’s in the best interest to finalize a deal. Democrats are against passing a bill piece by piece, as proposed by Republicans.It does appear that the two sides are willing to negotiate between Republican’s $1 trillion vs. Democrat’s $3.4 trillion. Write to your Congress-person (Democrats and Republicans) to convince them to encourage successful negotiation effort between the two parties.
