Last week, after the DOJ (Department of Justice) dropped the charges against former Trump national security adviser Michale Flynn who had pleaded guilty twice to lying to the FBI about his contacts with the former Russia ambassador during the presidential transition, nearly 2,000 former Justice Department and FBI officials have signed an open letter, calling for Attorney General William Barr to resign over improper political interference in the criminal case against Michael Flynn.
