In February, 2020, Scotland’s Parliament passed The Period Products (Free Provision) Scotland Bill, to become the first name making feminine hygine products free for all in Scotland. But its author says there should be more discussion about funding it, in the video “Scottish Period Products Bill passes“, below:
This Scottish bill is an attempt to eradicate issues associated with poverty, aka Period Poverty,expanding availability of feminine hygiene products to every one in Scotland.
