Are you some one who has chronic headaches, migraines, or constant tension in your upper back, trapezoids, or neck? Then perhaps you’d like to join this Chronic Headache Relief Workshop on Saturday, February 8, 2020, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at 5410 Central Florida Pkwy, Orlando, Florida, hosted by Windermere Networking Club. This workshop will help you to improve your range of motion in the neck, blood flow to the head, neck, and shoulders, and reduce the frequency of chronic headaches and migraines. During the workshop:
- you will get hands on relief through specific stretching and myofacial release techniques
- learn how to manage tension in your upper neck and shoulders
- be given strategies to keep away those annoying headaches that haunt you daily
You want to bring:
- towel
- water bottle
- mat (if you prefer to use your own)
This event is free and the first 10 participants will be given a complimentary massage ball to take home after the class so they can roll into the new year PAIN FREE and have the opportunity to meet with the doctor for a free soft tissue evaluation.
