It’s been two days since the Iowa Caucus, only 75% of the results are released. Since 100% of the votes are not yet counted, Windermere Sun would not be able to state which of the Democratic candidates did win the Iowa Caucus until all votes had been counted. Iowa already had enough time to manually count the results twice, but the new technology app that’s been instituted in Iowa caucus this time, 4 precinct captains (different from previous caucuses) that had to report, and some of the reportings were off (rules may not had been followed or undertood) through unintentional human errors had created this perfect storm of delayed processing of results, bringing confusion, criticism, and diminished confidence in Democratic Iowa caucus.
