Democrats’ demand for witnesses to appear at the Senate trial had not yet been agreed to by Mitch McConnell. If the GOP senate will not vote for removal of office, even after the killing of Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani without Congressional knowledge or approval, then one would wonder if the GOP senate is simply waiting for U.S. Congress to become dissolved before acting.

Perhaps it is time to call President Donald J. Trump himself as the witness.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi had been extremely patient and insightful throughout this whole process.
Again, I reiterate: Democrats’ demand for witnesses to appear at the Senate trial had not yet been agreed to by Mitch McConnell. If the GOP senators will not vote for removal of office, even after the killing of Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani without Congressional knowledge or approval, then one would wonder if the GOP senators are simply waiting for U.S. Congress to become dissolved before acting or not acting. If that happens, United States of America will no longer be the nation that we have anticipated or our founding fathers have shed their blood to create.
