Andrew Yang, the only Democratic presidential candidate that is discussing the issue of and solutions for automation/A.I./robotics, and the only presidential candidate who has the most detailed and comprehensive platform of solutions at https://www.yang2020.com/policies/
Andrew Yang does not represent the left nor the right. Andrew Yang represents the center moving forward. His supports come from individual Americans, without money from the PAC. The most unique solution of his platform is the Freedom Dividend (aka universal basic income), giving every adult American age 18+ $1000 per month, no question asked. Freedom Dividend is designed to provide a cushion, to generate economic activities and entrepreneurship, and to boost creativity for the American people in light of coming days of automation-A.I.-robotics.
Due to paperwork issue, the Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang has launched a write-in campaign before the March 17 Ohio Democratic primary. Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose said Yang’s campaign failed to include a statement, on its petition forms, from the candidate indicating his intention to run for president. This is preventing Andrew Yang from being included on the March 17 primary ballot of Ohio. Andrew Yang countered LaRose’s statement, indicating that he had gathered three times the number of signatures required to secure a place on the Ohio primary ballots. Even though Ohio’s law is “awkwardly worded”, Andrew Yang vowed not to be thwarted by bureaucratic paperwork issue. Yang felt that more than 3,000 Ohioans were having their First Amendment rights denied by his exclusion. No other presidential primary candidates have been blocked from Ohio’s March 17 ballot.
