If you are a resident of Orange County and forgot where you placed the Orange County Holiday Collection Schedule, have no fear. We have it here at Windermere Sun for you, below!

* There will be no collection on Wednesday, December 25, 2019. During this holiday week, normal Wednesday collection will be on Thursday, normal Thursday collection will be on Friday, and normal Friday collection will be on Saturday.
*Live Christmas trees can be placed curbside on yard waste collection day. Please remove the stand and all decorations. Trees over six feet tall should be cut in half. Artificial trees that do not fit in the garbage cart will be collected as large items.
*Holiday Waste Reduction Tips, below:
- Use reusable bags on shopping trips
- Donate gently used items to local shelters or charities
- Use washable instead of disposable tableware of gatherings
- Repurpose cards by using them as gift tags next year
- Find resources online for recycling old holiday lights
*Household Hazardous & Electronic Waste Disposal (Never dispose of Household Hazardous Waste or E-Waste in the recycling cart)

- Saturday, March 21, 2020: 8:00 am-1:00 pm, at Orange County Service Building, 475 Story Road, Ocoee, FL
- Drop-Off Locations: 1. Orange County Landfill: 5901 Young Pine Road, Orlando, FL, 7 days a week, 8:00 am-5:00 pm 2. Porter Transfer Station: 136 Good Homes Road, Orlando, FL Thursday-Sunday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
