After hours of debate that started at 9:00 am ET this morning that will likely to last all day, Wednesday, December 18, 2019, this full House historic vote will all but certain to result in Trump’s impeachment. It’s also likely to expect a mix of parliamentary tactics to disrupt the proceedings, theatrics, and fiery exchanges. A simple majority vote is needed in order for Trump to be impeached. In the end, by 8:51 pm ET, both Articles of Impeachment: 1. Abuse of Power and 2. Obstruction of Congress are adopted.
