Andrew Yang to Go on “A New Way Forward” Bus Tour in Central and Eastern Iowa December 10-14
Andrew Yang to Meet with Iowans in Des Moines, Grinnell, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Ames, Waverly, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Dubuque, and Iowa City
DES MOINES, IOWA — Andrew Yang is going on “A New Way Forward” Bus Tour in Central and Eastern Iowa December 10-14. He will be touring the Hawkeye State to continue to engage with everyday people across the political spectrum. During the bus tour, Andrew Yang will share his vision of a New Way Forward to put humanity first and what it will mean for every American. He will participate in public events in Des Moines, Grinnell, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Ames, Waverly, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Dubuque, and Iowa City.
On the bus tour, by continuing to listen to and have conversations with voters across the state of Iowa, Andrew Yang will keep expanding the electorate, building a movement of everyday people across the political spectrum. The politically disengaged and disenfranchised voters; veterans and moms; clergy and the youth. Bringing these groups together is how he is going to shock the political establishment on February 3.
Recently, the campaign partnered with Iowa Rep. Ako Abdul-Samad to #PledgeforHumanity and challenge every Iowan to volunteer an hour of their time to help their community during the giving season. Andrew Yang shared his campaign’s values and commitment to live them during recent events in Council Bluffs and Sioux City.
The bus tour is a strong indication of Andrew Yang’s commitment in Iowa, where he continues to hire staff on the ground and expand infrastructure. Currently, the campaign has 13 field offices and continues to grow at a time when other campaigns are making cut backs or dropping out of the race.
