Just received a message alerting me to this by Cornerstone Tiny Homes, in italics, below:

It kinda went unnoticed so I wanted to post. Last Tuesday Oct 22nd The Orange County Commissioners unanimously voted to allow ADUs (Auxiliary Dwelling Units) on all county properties without a HOA that would prohibit them. These units can be used for family members OR longer term rentals, meaning not for AirB&B. They eased setback requirements as well to entice homeowners to add these units. I also spoke on a panel with Alberto Vargas, Orange County Planner last night and he mentioned some other changes that were in the works to benefit smaller house enthusiasts. Kudos to Mr Vargas and team for this outstanding new zoning. The biggest takeaway is that counties and cities are listening and are motivated to solve this country’s affordable housing crisis.

This off-the-grid tiny home on wheels is absolutely stunning. Designed to resemble a heritage style home, it’s been beautifully crafted and is packed full of clever design features. 3. The Denali XL is the latest creation from Timbercraft Tiny Homes in Alabama. This one is similar to their previous Denali models except this one is wider and longer and has tons of cool new features. One of our favorites?
