Ken Graham, Director of The National Hurricane Center said in its 11 a.m. EDT advisory on Saturday, August 31, 2019, that Hurricane Dorian, packing near 150 mph winds as a Category 4 “major” hurricane, was located about 415 miles east of West Palm Beach, in the video “Hurricane Dorian hurtles toward Florida, USA TODAY“, below:
