Governor DeSantis declared that no votes were changed and no outcome was switched.

Governor DeSantis said he had signed a non-disclosure agreement with the FBI not to discuss which two Florida counties were impacted by hacking.
Some believe that since the state government and federal government are two separate sovereigns, it is arguable that the state Governor may not be forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Concerns regarding efforts to thwart transparency or democracy are presented.
