Mark your calendar for the 18th Annual 5k/10k Run Among the Lakes on Saturday, April 13, 2019, starting from Town Hall on 520 Main Street, Windermere, FL. This is a wonderful opportunity to see the beautiful lakes of Central Florida. This year’s race will again feature both a 5k and a 10k Run. It is a walker and family friendly event benefitting the Town of Windermere Parks & Recreation Department.
Starting Time:
- 10k Run-7:15 am
- 5k Run-7:45 am
- Awards Ceremony-9:00 am
Awards will be given to the Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Male masters, and Female masters. Age group awards will be given in 10 year increments for both the 5k & 10k.
The 100-yard Kids (7 year old and younger) Run is now free, without need to sign up or register. All Kids Run participants will receive a participation medal at the finish line.
Participants 8 year old and older may register and packet pick-up at Windermere Town Hall, 520 Main Street, Windermere, FL 34786:
- Thursday, 4/11/2019: 4:00-7:00 pm
- Friday, 4/12/2019: 4:00-7:00 pm
- Saturday, Race Day, 4/13/2019: 6:00-7:30 am
