After the release of the Mueller report, on Thursday, March 28, 2019, nine Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee presented a letter calling for the resignation of Democrat Chair Adam Schiff. Adam Schiff respond in the video “Republicans call on Schiff to resign during House Intel Committee hearing“, below:
Must listen to either the video above or below.
Schiff did not back down, saying his committee will continue its investigation and that Congress and the public still need to see the full Mueller report. He responded to Republicans’ attack by accusing Republicans that they “think it’s OK” for members of Trump’s team to accept dirt from Russians, lie to the FBI, Congress, and the American people, offer campaign information to Russia oligarch in exchange for money or debt forgiveness, call on Russian to hack opponent’s emails, undermining U.S. sanctions, etc. “I don’t think it’s OK. I think it’s immoral. I think it’s unethical. I think it’s unpatriotic, and yes, I think it’s corrupt, and evidence of collusion…I do not think that conduct, criminal or not, is OK. And the day we do think that’s OK, is the day we look back and say that is the day America lost its way.”
James Comey says he has questions about the Mueller investigation as the president appears on his favorite cable news network to call the probe an attempt at an illegal takeover of the country. Mimi Rocah, Michael Schmidt, and Sam Stein all join in the video “Donald Trump On FOX News: Mueller Probe Was An Attempted Government Takeover, The 11th Hour, MSNBC“, below:
Rachel Maddow shows a pattern in behavior by the Trump administration of making dramatic announcements without following through to make sure the thing they announced ends up being real, and expresses caution about the announcement of the Mueller report happening without actually sharing the Mueller report, in the video “Low President Donald Trump Credibility Necessitates Mueller Report’s Release, Rachel Maddow, MSNBC“, below:
According to Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, “I had a phone call with the Attorney General. And I asked him about the length and breadth of the Mueller report. He told me it was a very substantial report, a very substantial report. One, that in my judgement, a four-page summary can do no–cannot begin to do justice to. I asked him when we would see it. And he couldn’t get specific. He said weeks not months as we’ve heard before. I asked whether he could commit that the full report… an unredacted full report with the underlying documents, evidence.. would be provided to Congress and to the American people, and he wouldn’t commit to that. He wouldn’t make a commitment to that. I am very concerned about that.”
Surely, at least members of the Congress should be allowed to see the full unredacted report.
Mika Brzezinski details a conversation she had Tuesday with House Speaker Pelosi about if Pelosi will use her power to call for AG Barr to release the Mueller report in its entirety, in the video “Nancy Pelosi To Mika: I Intend To Use ‘Full Force’ To Have Report Released, Morning Joe, MSNBC“, below:

I am a mother/wife/daughter, math professor, solar advocate, world traveler, yogi, artist, photographer, sharer of knowledge/information, and resident of Windermere, FL. I've worked professionally in applied math, engineering, medical research, and as a university math professor in IL and FL for about 20 years. My husband and I loved Disney and moved down to Central Florida initially as snowbirds. But we've come to love the warmth and friendly people offered by this community and decided to move down to Windermere, FL full time in 2006. I am now spending time sharing information/ knowledge online, promoting understanding of math and solar energy (via http://www.sunisthefuture.net ), and developing Windermere Sun (http://www.WindermereSun.com) as an online publication, sharing and promoting Community ABC's (Activities-Businesses-Collaborations) for healthier/happier/more sustainable living. In the following posts, I'll be sharing with you some of the reasons why Windermere has attracted us to become full-time residents of Central Florida region.
