Those of you who are runner, walkers, strollers, or simply who enjoy watching athletic events, mark your calendar for the Dragonfly 5K Run on Saturday, March 9, 2019, from 7:30 am to 10:30 am., at Chapin Station on the West Orange Trail in Winter Garden, 501 Crown Pointe Cross Road, Winter Garden, FL! Course is paved with concrete and asphalt. This will be the second of the Orange County Parks and Recreation’s On the Fly 5K series in 2019, hosted by Orange County, Florida Government.
Please register online until 8:20 am, March 9, 2019. To register, be sure to visit www.OCFL.net/ParksEvents and click the 5K Run Registration button to go to the new, online registration site. Cost: $20 (for ages 15 and 15+), $10 (for ages 5 to 14), free (for ages 0 to 4). All participants will receive a T-shirt and Dragonfly 5K medal. Winners will be notified by email. Medals will be mailed to the address on file: Male and Female Overall/Awards in nine categories: 9 and under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and 70+
