There is a mandated recount for Florida Senator, Florida Governor, and Florida Agriculture Commissioner midterm election races, based on the Section 102.166 of the Florida Statutes. Manual recounts should take place for Florida Senator race and Florida Agriculture Commissioner race, and machine recount should take place for Florida Governor race. There is possible voting machine errors in some of the voting machines in Broward County, resulting in possible 20,000+ votes without voting for any Senator in heavily Democratic districts. Recounts are expected to be completed by end of Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018. For more details about the reason for these recounts, please also refer to “Florida Has Three Legal Recounts For Midterm Elections“.
