One of the biggest keys is getting more probiotics in your diet and improving your digestive health. New research shows that a disease called leaky gut is a major cause of food sensitivities, autoimmune disease, and a weakened immune system in the body. Probiotics can play a major role in the improvement of leaky gut, however you need to take a few precautionary measures. First, stay away from water that contains fluoride, be wary of taking prescription antiobiotics, and lastly, don’t consume too much sugar in your diet. Make sure you’re consuming a lot of probiotic-rich foods like fermented dairy products, fermented vegetables, and probiotic beverages, as well as a quality probiotic supplement. If you want to take your immune system to the next level, stay away from things that kill probiotics and load up on probiotic-rich foods and supplements.
