My favorite Winter Olympics category had always been ice dancing/figure skating, for it is the composite of athleticism, artistic grace, and musical choreography. On Tuesday, the Canadian ice dancing team of Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir reclaimed their Olympic medal, after losing their crown in 2014 (Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir were the champion team in 2010) to the American team Meryl Davis and Charlie White. Virtue and Moir have maintained their top standing for nearly a decade with their control, speed, power, and passion for their performances.
