The brutal snow storm has arrived at Northeastern part of USA in 15 states during the first week of 2018, with many schools and businesses being closed. After a week of sub-zero temperature, parts of Atlantic Ocean is frozen solid, with giant chunks of ice being piled up along the shore in the outer bank.
