I am so shocked upon hearing the details of this report that I couldn’t help wonder if this is reality or fiction! It has  the ingredients of a melodrama: corruption, collusion, espionage, nepotism, beautiful people with extravagant life style, and family. One day, when this piece of U.S. political history will play out as a melodrama, will Jared Kushner be seen as a character who is totally naive, completely crazy, or with criminal intent?  If you have not read our previous post, please go to: Update on Investigation While Trump Is Away-5. There has been further report today that Kushner had been concealing other contacts (in April in addition to Dec. of 2016) with the Russians from his application for security clearance. So, in total, there had been multiple concealment in terms of his contacts with the Russians. Furthermore, Kushner was reported to have requested to have a secret private communication channel between Trump transition team with the Moscow/Kremlin at Russian ambassy. Whether this communication channel is for himself or for Trump remains to be answered. It is a federal crime and felony to withhold information from security clearance. Under the given circumstance, one would imagine that Kushner will no longer have the security clearance in the future.
