Come Celebrate the “Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month” In Orlando, FL

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month- May 27, 2017
Did you know that the month of May has been proclaimed to be the Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month in 2016 by former President Barack Obama, based on the White House press release of 2016? The celebration of 2017 for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month in Central Florida will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2017, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, at Orlando Fashion Square, 3201 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL. There will be booths to showcase business vendors, ethnic cuisines and merchandise that are representative of Asia. A cultural show will be presented by the various nations from Asia and Pacific Island such as: China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and more.
The Admission is Free. Come celebrate Asian American and Pacific Island Heritage Month! Enjoy cultural entertainment, arts & crafts, and Asian Ethnic food. All proceeds will benefit the annual Asian American Student Achievers’ Scholastic Awards. AAHC of Central Florida is a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization and was established in 1980 to preserve Asian Heritage and Culture and to promote the diversity of Asian American culture.
