Deb Schroeder is definitely, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! Her attention to details, ability to anticipate potential issues and offer multiple possible solutions, and the fact that she has a wonderful group of professionals working with/for her, enabled my experience with her to be short and sweet (she successfully helped us to find the buyer for our house very quickly). I would recommend her to any one who is trying to sell or to buy a house.

Back in September, I was researching online for a real estate agent. This is how I found Deb Schroeder: Deb Schroeder was one of the real estate agents with very high number of real estate transactions in recent years in/near Windermere-Winter Garden area, according to Zillow. During our first meeting, Ms. Schroeder showed up not only with her winning smile and personable disposition, but also came prepared with a folder of carefully compiled data on our house: value of the house, comparative market analysis of the house (with map and statistics of all listings of comparable properties, both sold and active listings), closing costs in detail, seller’s estimated proceeds, and explanations of intelligent pricing and timing. Her husband Tim was also very helpful with inputs in improving the presentation of the house. Two of them working together is definitely a winning team. The painter and photographer introduced by Deb were prompt and professional, making the process so much easier and more pleasant. In every step of the way, Deb was considerate, accommodating, and efficient. What’s more is her attention to details, with a whimsical flare.

It is not surprising that, under Deb Schroeder’s guidance, our house was sold within a month.

Finally, the lessons I’ve learned and would like to share: when selecting a real estate agent, be sure to pick some one who is very familiar with the area of your interest. Be sure to search for an agent who has recent track record (transactions) in the area of interest. Numbers do not lie. The number of transactions in recent years reflects how much, how quickly, and how effectively the agent is in selling. Finally, a good real estate agent can help us to save time, energy, and money. So, spending some time to do some homework in selecting your real estate agent carefully will be worth your while.
