I’d like to share some healthy soup recipes today because I’ve received a call from a friend who is experiencing a cold (most likely viral based, therefore antibiotics would not be helpful). The first is a simple Ginger-Garlic Soup ( made from lots of garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, and clarified butter) so to be able to defeat colds, flu, etc. because this recipe is full of anti-oxidants with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties.
