What a brilliant idea! I wish there were Baby Boot Camps decades ago when I was a mom for the first time in my life!
Baby Boot Camp is an innovative stroller fitness program designed to balance the needs of moms while spending time with their children. Delivered by nationally certified fitness professionals throughout the United States, Baby Boot Camp stroller-fitness classes include STROLLFIT, STROLLGA, 5K Training Program, and Nutrition Solutions. Baby Boot Camp strives to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment. In addition to STROLLFIT, Baby Boot Camp offers FREE play group events through STROLLERFRIENDS. (according to the Meetup Group for Baby Boot Camp of Orlando).
For those of you who are mommies who want to exercise, make friends with other mommies, and learn more about nutrition, check out this recently formed (April 13, 2016) meetup group, locally in Orlando.
