Good news! The BEA (Bureau of Economic Analysis) of U.S. Department of Commerce released some wonderful news at the end of March, 2016 (in italics below):
Personal income in February 2016 increased 0.2 percent. Nominal personal consumption expenditures (PCE) rose 0.1 while real PCE rose 0.2 percent. Nominal disposable personal income (DPI) grew 0.2 percent while real DPI rose 0.3 percent. The personal saving rate as a percentage of DPI was 5.4 percent in February.

For those of us in the sunset years, a better brain would significantly increase his/her chance of a healthier and longer life. It is wonderful to find that any one may be able to reverse the process of aging brain if the correct treatment is implemented.
