Let’s Prevent Zinc Deficiency With Natural Food

Believe it or not, about 75% of the population may be deficient in this mineral! Here are some signs and symptoms for Zinc Deficiency:
- Immune Compromised/Deficient or Chronic Allergy
- Leaky Gut (protein can leak through the gut to cause systemic inflammation) and Malabsorption (not digesting food well)
- Signs of Diarrhea/Loose Stool or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Bloating or Gas
- Thinning or Loosing Hair
- Inflammatory Skin Issue of any kind
