On a breezy Saturday afternoon in Winter Garden Farmer’s Market, I was introduced to an Italian family tradition of making pasta by hand on Sunday afternoons and eating fresh pasta with the family.

Often time, in life, the best things are the simplest…as these fresh pasta made from simple ingredients, without artificial flavors or preservatives. Orlando City Pasta understands that the key to crafting the perfect pasta is finding the perfect mix of semolina and durum flour, eggs, water, and natural flavors. It is an art of pouring much hearts into every batch to find that beautiful balance each time. It is a time honored tradition that’s been passed down for multiple generations, and now brought to Winter Garden & Winter Park Farmer’s Market by Mr. Peter Mastrangelo. You can get hold of these pasta via: their web site, their Facebook page, phone (407-656-1077), or in person at Winter Garden Farmer’s Market and Winter Park Farmer’s Market. With purchase of $10 of red sauce, there is free pasta. Next time you visit one of these farmer’s markets or their web site, check out their pasta and red sauce!
So, do you think the Italians love their opera as much as their pasta?! Let me know your thoughts via info.WindermereSun@gmail.com
