As you may know, our goal here at Windermere Sun is to help promote community ABC’s (activities-businesses-collaborations) for a healthier/happier/more sustainable living. During my search of various resale consignment shops in the area to write about, I came across a gem of a place, Upscale Apparel, tucked away at 1165 E. Plant St., Winter Garden, FL , 407-654-0979 (more on the industrial side, close to a 7/11, across the street from VFW), run by the lovely Store Manager Vivien Spuehler.

It’s a fairly new shop only about 3 year old, providing community with exceptional apparels at affordable prices. When one shops at Upscale Apparel, not only is one able to obtain quality items for men, women, and children of all sizes at great prices, one is shopping with Cause(s) and opportunity to give back to one’s community: Upscale Apparel partners with International Children Rescue Mission (which also has an orphanage in Haiti), Finer Life Ministry that runs 8-9 month residential addictions program for men and women, and supporting those who have been victimized by human trafficking.
