Hi Susan Sun,

The cool thing about living in the Dr. Phillips – Windermere area is you need not travel far to get away.

One of the many things my family and I love to do is take a “staycation” by spending a night or a weekend in one of the local hotels in the area. Because of all the competition, the rates for luxurious accommodations and amenities are better than reasonable. So, why not take advantage of what people fly and drive hundreds (if not thousands) of miles to enjoy?

How true! Our daughter just visited us this past week and in one afternoon-evening stroll, we enjoyed so many wonderful performances

(such as the Chinese Pavilion’s Jeweled Dragon Acrobats at Disney-Epcot, only 15 minutes away from our home).

Even though our spurt of the moment visit to Epcot did not provide us with any dinner reservation, we still had a lovely dining experience at the Japanese Pavilion

at the Katsura Grill.

What I love the most about Epcot is the fact that there are music throughout the park (Epcot) any time and any where…some times even  displays of holiday pointsetta appear to have rhythm and dancing shoes…. 🙂

And we couldn’t help but paused for the Concert of Water Fountain on the way out of the Epcot …what a wonderful way to spend an afternoon-evening….surrounded by music, lovely breeze, performances by highly artistic and creatively disciplined human beings…and of course, the accommodating fantasy and Disney characters for kids of all ages….

what better place to momentarily suspend any concern for our present or future worries. Thank you, Walt, for creating this Fantasy Island of Joy and Music for people of planet earth, especially enjoyed by Central Floridians.
