If you are as particular about your intake as I am, you would be happy to read this piece. I like my food freshly cooked, organic, GMO-free, hormone-free, antibiotics-free, and my water alkaline. That is why I find myself cooking and dining at home majority of the time rather than dining out. My body appreciates such pampering and rarely complains. That is why I was really happy to find the flyer from a rather new restaurant about 5-10 minutes away from Windermere, Fresh Made Kitchen, at 8965 Conroy Windermere Rd., Orlando, FL 32835, phone: (407)909-1170, open from 9:00 am-9:00 pm. It’s about time some restaurant-entrepreneurs recognizing the value of fresh and organic food! Ever since Chipotle’s Food With Integrity inspired millions of Americans becoming Chipotle’s loyal customers and caring more about where their food comes from, I’ve been hoping for more restaurants to follow suit. Voila, and here is Fresh Made Kitchen! Thanks to the spirit of free market system!
I loved the layout of Fresh Made Kitchen’s flyer, with its colorful photos, great variety of selections (breakfast, salads, entrees, fresh squeezed juices, and kid’s menu)…it’s like having IHOP+Sweet Tomatoes+Chipotle+Jamba Juice all available at one place!

I couldn’t wait to try this place! And folks, let me share with you what I found out, during my first visit at Fresh Made Kitchen, below:
Upon entering the Fresh Made Kitchen, hubby and I were greeted by the friendly manager Benedict Newball, then chef Jason Sofka and marketing manager Jennifer Nisbett.
They offered us 3 different kinds of menus: all inclusive, vegetarian, and gluten-free. Essentially, something for every/any one.

The place is fresh and clean, with variety and comfortable seatings and much natural light.
You’ve got to try the fresh watermelon juice! It’s heavenly! The salad I ordered tasted freshest of any of the restaurants I’ve ever been in. For some one who can routinely taste the preservatives in many of the restaurants’ salads, I felt at home with these organic and freshly cooked dishes (salad, omelet, veggie pressed sandwich) for a change.

Wow, besides all fruit and vegetable juices being freshly squeezed on a daily basis, Fresh Made Kitchen also source organic when possible and local when available, chicken and eggs from cage free birds without antibiotics or hormones, even their aiolis, sauces, and dressings are also made from scratch with freshly squeezed juices (no trans fats, hydrogenated oils or additives). If you’ve received the flyer in your mail box, don’t forget to take advantage of the 2 “Buy One Entree Get One Entree Half Off-with Purchase of Two Drinks”
Most importantly, I felt refreshed and nourished rather than tired and heavy at the end of a meal. This is partly due to the strategic serving size designed with the conscious effort to prevent overeating or potential obesity. Bravo for the Chef! Well, what are you waiting for? Plan your next restaurant visit at Fresh Made Kitchen and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! If you want a closer look of the menu before deciding, here is the menu of Fresh Made Kitchen.
