Remember Helen, the Kale Lady at our Windermere Sun TV Channel (at Windermere Farmer’s Market)? Helen and Daniel’s Angel Kale Company, with their zesty, highly nutritious, dehydrated, flavorful (honestly, 33 FLAVORS!!!)

and gluten free vegan kale chips…truly, the best tasting kale chips I’ver EVER tasted, anywhere, has been well received wherever they go. With such an overwhelmingly successful product, it is no wonder that Daniel and Helen are considering making the transition from a cottage to commercial business. But, in order to take this giant leap, Helen and Daniel are in need of assistance from those of us who have loved and will love their kale chips. So, they are currently running a campaign, “Let Them Eat Kale” at www.gofundme.com, in order to get a $16,000 commercial grade dehydrator and commercial location for their Angel Kale Chips Company. Daniel and Helen not only have fantastic recipes for their kale chips, they have also carried out every step of their production, packaging and marketing with meticulous care. If you would like to find out more about their business or products from these two lovely people, check out their web site: Angel Kale or their facebook page. Don’t forget to help out with their “Let Them Eat Kale” campaign! Let’s help one another to succeed in all businesses…esp. those in Windermere or Central Florida!
