Florida Senator Joe Gruters Filed SB 670, Making Smoking Illegal In Public Beaches & Parks

Florida Senator Joe Gruters filed the bill, SB 670, on October 25, 2019, to authorize counties in Florida to further restrict smoking within the boundaries of certain public beaches and public parks.
