Just received a message from 5K Run/Walk to Change Diabetes, [email protected] Orlando, announcing that the [email protected] course will be entirely on the property of the Orange County Convention Center this year. The event will take place on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at Orange County Convention Center West Building Hall E/F Entrance. Registration opens at 5:00 am, FREE. Starting time: 6:30 am. Distance of the Run/Walk is 5 kilometers run or walk (3.1 miles). Parking is available at the Orange County Convention Center. Over 1,000 residents of Orlando and ADA Scientific Sessions attendees have already registered.

The purpose of this event is to raise public awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle in preventing and controlling diabetes.

The [email protected] brings together citizens of Orlando and ADA Scientific Sessions attendees to emphasize the need for increased physical activity to help prevent diabetes and diabetes complications. This activity gives you the opportunity to raise public awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle in preventing diabetes.
