Hurray! Tesla Model 3 Is Finally Here!
Dear Friends & Neighbors,

Tesla Model 3, definitely the world’s most anticipated automobile has been revealed this month! Elon Musk announced on Twitter in early July that Tesla Model 3 vehicle has passed all regulatory requirements for production two weeks ahead of schedule. He then revealed in a subsequent tweet that a handover party for the first 30 Tesla Model 3 owners would be held on July 28 while production is expected to grow exponentially from 100 cars in August to over 1,500 in September, before reaching a production pace of 20,000 vehicles in December. It is anticipated that Tesla Model 3 will be adding about 40% to the U.S. EV market in 2017 alone. According to Musk, “you will not be able to buy a better car for $35,000 even with no options. And it will be one of the safest cars in the world.”
Since Musk unveiled the Model 3 concept in March of 2016, thousands of eager customers have placed advance reservations for the car. The Model 3 is a mid-range, consumer friendly option, four-door sedan equipped with autonomous/autoplilot maneuvering and supercharging capabilities across Tesla’s nationwide network of chargers. It is a smaller, simpler, and a more affordable electric car than the previous Model S or Model X. It is designed and built as the world’s first mass-market electric vehicle, a critical step in Tesla’s mission in accelerating world’s transition to sustainable future.
Like every Tesla vehicle, Model 3 combines range, performance, safety and technology. Intelligent design maximizes interior space to comfortably fit five adults and all of their gear. The high-efficiency powertrain provides zero to 60 mph acceleration in as little as 5.1 seconds. Model 3 is designed to achieve the highest safety ratings in every category. Combined with 220* to 310 miles of range and a starting price of $35,000 before incentives, Model 3 is Tesla’s most affordable vehicle yet. It is currently in production, and deliveries to employee reservation holders began on July 28, 2017 at the Tesla Factory in Fremont, CA. Reservations for Model 3 first opened on March 31, 2016 and remain available today.
