What Do You Think About-One Meal Per Day?

It’s been quite a few years since I’ve been eating essentially one meal per day, with water, coconut juice, and tea in the morning and one meal in late afternoons or evenings, sprinkled with nuts, seeds, and berries and fruits throughout the day. It was not due to any effort in trying to lose weight. It simply evolved from my work schedule and what felt comfortable to me. The only time I’d eat more than one meal per day usually occurs due to socializing with others. So, I started to wonder whether there are others out there who also have this habit of eating one meal per day. This is what I’ve found, shared below:
