Those of you with access to Netflix, do take a look at “Chef’s Table”! For in its lyrical fashion, one is being introduced into a world of artistic expression that explodes in one’s mouth and feasts one’s eyes. But it is more than just looking into the technique and history of gourmet cooking. It is a glimpse into tasting food through a totally different experience, through the heart and soul of each artistic poet of chef, synthesized into few simple ingredients. What is more…it helps us to realize the rite to passage of any field, be it in math, physics, energy, art, or haute cuisine….always starting from a period of soul searching, freeing oneself from old way of creating, persevering when others may not understand, appreciate, or tolerate. It seems to be a necessity in order for us to arrive at a new height of artistic expression
