How many of you out there have ever had the experience of getting up really early on Saturday mornings to prepare for the Hunt of Yard Sales?

Historically, a “yard sale” is defined as a sale of used household belongings, typically held outdoors at the home of the seller. But in this day and age, having access to internet literally is transforming every aspect of our lives, including the way we run “yard sale”. Case in point, an online Facebook Public Group, Windermere and Winter Garden Online Yard Sale has begun. 
At this community public group, people are selling clothes, furniture, jewelry, plants, home decors, children’s toys, stereo equipment, computers, sewing machine, billiard table, and even automobiles (truck and cars)! Sellers are posting photos, makes, dimensions, and price of the items they want to sell. Interested parties may Like, Comment, Share, or simply click on the name of the seller and start a conversation for haggling or purchasing. This is very convenient for all parties involved, without the need to having to get up 6:00 or 7:00 am on Saturdays and without the worry of potential rainy days….
What’s more is the fact that this is an online yard sale from two communities, Windermere and Winter Garden, so the potential selections can be quite tremendous! 
As long as one has access to internet, this particular facebook page may run 24/7 indefinitely. What a great way to uphold the practice of Recycle-Reuse-Repair-Reduce!
My only comment is that: I bet videos would really help to explain and promote the products waiting to be sold.
Perhaps those of you living outside of Windermere and Winter Garden would also consider starting an Online Yard Sale at Facebook or some other sites with special features and services for your community.
